Twon-by-Jane is a Nigeria indigenous fashion label, established in 2014 by Ms. Jane Gam-Dede. The name Twon is adopted from Twon-Brass a seaside community in Bayelsa State South-South, Nigeria. The name reflects the natural beauty of the community, the natural gift of God freely given to mankind through nature.
Twon-by-Jane pride itself in her craftsmanship, well thought out designs that is a combination of “Sophisticated, Elegant, and yet affordable, the label is set to position itself into a household name and global retail brand that will not just meet the needs of the twenty-first century man or woman’s basic fashion need but help boost confidence of our wearers. We aren’t just about selling clothes or fashion accessories, we wish to inspire the mind of our buyers to benefit from the power of dressing well and right. Miss. Jane Bomo Gam-Dede in 2014 officially launched her Fashion label turning her passion into a business. A former Beauty Queen, Ms. Jane wore the crown for Miss Rivifest 98, Miss Nigeria Eastern Zone 99, Miss Surulere 99 and was 1st runner up in Miss FM Rivers State and Miss NTA Enugu.
A trained actress of Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt, miss Jane holds an HND in Journalism from the International Institute of Journalism.A respected media personality, she sat as publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Dip Creek Magazine, a South-South regional publication for 8 years. With an aim to grow the Twon fashion label into a respected brand, her ultimate desire is to have the label in major retail stores across the World
